Our high rise building houses 39 apartments with ac wall sleeves, an elevator and a set of stairs at the end of each hall. Each unit is outfitted with a stove, refrigerator and walk-in shower - everything you need to feel right at home while also enjoying the comfort of having all utilities included except during May through September when there is a convenient $24/mo charge for AC use.
